My coaching solution is tailored for each client. Each client truly is the program. We partner and together to create the coaching program uniquely suited for you.
I help business owners, executives, and leaders, to align with inner purpose and passion and find success, joy, fulfillment, and happiness beyond what you may believe possible. I'll help you get unstuck, increase energy and engagement, and sustain committed action toward your most important and passionate goals.
How we show up for ourselves and others in our business and work impacts all areas of life. As one makes breakthroughs and achieves new levels of energy in one area, other areas see great benefit as well.
To achieve the impactful and lasting results desired, we'll partner for 4-12 months. During this time, we will create a solution-focused, action-oriented success formula, based on your goals, and as needed, connected to your organization's goals.
Why my coaching: It's different from consulting, and mentoring that lacks the power of personal transformation, though I'll bring those elements in as needed. I work from the premise that each client has all of the answers for themselves or access to them. Each is an agent to shift thoughts, beliefs, actions, and results, and to lead themselves, others, and organizations in powerful and impactful ways.Â

How: My focus is a practical approach that includes considering the mindsets and energy of success, which underlie, drive and sustain our behavior. I provide guidance, support, deep and challenging probing, and the safe, confidential, and creative space needed for learning and finding transformational insights.Â

Executive coaching experience, typical elements:
Partner. Most importantly we partner on the process, to meet you where you are, and provide the most impactful approach and process. You know you and your goals/desires best and have all of the answers for you, or access to them.
Clarity. Create focused clarity, e.g. purpose, vision, goals/objectives and how to measure.
Assess. Employ assessments as needed (ELI, 360, Mindset, Motivators, Working Genius, etc.). Gain awareness, identify strengths, gaps, and growth.
Deep Coaching. Learn, question, gain insight, develop success formula, create plans, execute plans, evaluate and check progress, adjust as needed
Capstone & Sustainment. Review results vs objectives, celebrate, and establish ongoing plans for meaningful success
