Hey, I'm Mike. We have a lot in common.

I'm a husband, father, grandfather, entrepreneur, and leader. I love the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. I'm working to reduce stress, frustration and burnout, and increase freedom, joy, energy, and fulfillment, in business and life.

We all have an internal "North Star Compass" that is part of us, constantly pointing to our true north, purpose, or mission. With all of societies and life's pressures, and expectations, it's easy to get off track and lose sight of our true guiding purposes and what lights us up. In business, we often develop a mission and values statement for our company to guide its direction and help everyone focus. However, we often lack this same intentionality when it comes to aligning with our own purpose, mission, and passion.

I help entrepreneurs and leaders align to their purpose and passion, leading to joy, fulfillment, and success beyond what they believed possible.

I've discovered and adopted powerful coaching principles and processes that have helped me and hundreds more to make incredible breakthroughs, become the leader they are meant to be, create a business and life they love, and reach and enjoy meaningful success.

My philosophy and methodology is informed by over 32 years as a top performer, manager, executive, coach and entrepreneur. I spent 20 years with two of the top leadership development organizations in the world, the Arbinger Institute and Crucial Learning, during their years of highest growth. I've owned multiple small businesses, I serve my community on a volunteer board, and as a religious leader serving thousands of individuals.

I'm a certified executive coach through iPEC's Core Energy Coaching, which is accepted by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global organization for coaching standards and certification.
